Michael Anthony Weatherspoon has been returned to the State of Ohio to face charges in 4 counties.

He as arraigned on February 15, 2023 and his bond was set at $10,000 Cash or Surety.

He will be arraigned in Warren County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 2PM. His bond has been set at $5000 cash only.

He will be transferred to Hamilton or Brown County next for violation of his bond / fugitive warrants. In Hamilton County, he is ineligible to post bond currently because he violated the terms of his $70,000 bond.  He also has a no bond hold from Brown Co. for violating the terms of his $5000 bond there.
